Exceptional event space!

The rooftop bar offers a fantastic view of the skyline, making it a perfect spot for evening drinks. The rooms have a modern design with large windows that showcase stunning cityscapes, creating a refreshing environment after a long day.

The first floor was closed, creating an unkempt impression from the start, and the lack of on-site parking presents a real hassle. Hearing the neighboring rooms using their facilities can disrupt the peace, particularly if you're unlucky with noisy neighbors. The gym lacked cleanliness, as it wasn’t maintained, and did not provide any disinfecting wipes, making it feel less like a refreshing workout space. Additionally, the bathroom privacy leaves much to be desired, as the door wouldn’t stay closed properly.

Our room was upgraded to a one bedroom suite, which was honestly a pleasant surprise. the shower was massive with twin rain shower heads, I felt like a king! Plus, the restaurant in the hotel, River North Bistro, was excellent with some of the best meals I’ve had. The staff there were always ready to help and make things right.

It wasn’t the cheapest option. but you get what you pay for, right?

The corner room on the 18th floor had the best view in Chicago ever! Full height windows wrapped around two sides of the room, making it a breathtaking sight. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was cozy and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities.

The industrial chic design may not be everyone's taste.

The modern decor of the hotel was inviting and chic, while the welcoming atmosphere made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The general areas were spacious, allowing easy maneuverability for seniors like myself.

More comfortable seating options in common areas would help.

The stunning views and the friendly staff truly enhanced our visit, but the outdated room features and minor maintenance issues left something to be desired. Dining options were not impressive either, but the overall vibe was enjoyable, and it’s a fantastic spot for exploring the city.

i had a great stay at eurostars! the hotel had a cool lobby with an open layout restaurant that smelled amazing. it was super clean and modern. the staff was courteous, and i loved the rejuvenating facial treatment that kept my skin clear. plus, it’s close to fantastic restaurants!

I loved the huge shower with a large window that added intimacy, and the cozy room design felt stylish yet comfy! The food at the brunch was delicious, a total win! I'd definitely stay again!

My stay was delightful, thanks to the breathtaking panoramic views from my corner room and the friendly greeting from the staff each time I came back. The room was spacious and clean, and I really appreciated its modern decor. It's right in the heart of the city, surrounded by delightful eateries and attractions. However, the shower temperature control was inconsistent, which could use some attention.

I enjoyed the king room with breathtaking views from the 25th floor. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, close to key attractions. The modern design added a nice touch.

The views from my room were absolutely breathtaking! 🏙️ The location was perfect too, just a short stroll from Michigan Ave. However, the elevators were slow, causing some frustration during busy times.
